Mute readership survey 2007

This year we are launching an annual survey to make sure that we know what you think about Mute. We've tried to design the survey to be as short as possible and you only need to complete the sections you want to feedback on. You can even remain totally anonymous if you wish. Anyone who completes the form and enters a contact will be entered into a competition to win one year's subscription to Mute and a free copy of Mute Anthology which is due to be released in 2008.
