They were throwing tear gas just to disperse the people...

Syntagma, Athens, 28/06/2011I reached the center of Athens at about 21:00 in the evening...Syntagma literally surrounded by police vans creating a kind of "walls"blocking any eye contact.I managed to get to Sekeri street, where riot police was "waiting"..As I aprach to Syntagma, I see and feel smoke cming up anda part of the crowd coming up eminently hit by tear gas.I turn around and begin to walk the other way...As I am walking, I see one of the people that were coming up fromSekei street before walking by me...I ask him what happened...The rest is on the video sound...
