Cheaper fuel bill scheme enters final week

Over one fifth of households in Manchester live in fuel poverty. Two winters ago, 120 people in the city died of the cold. But a new public scheme hopes to help residents shave off up to £250 from their bills each year through a mass energy switch which closes this Friday, 28 January.
