Following on from 2004’s inaugural event, Watermans and curator Douglas Benford (Sprawl & Brentford Recycling Action Group) present SonicRecycler2 – an evening of reinvented and recycled music.
SonicRecycler2 features an exclusive mix of audio artists and DJ’s creating new work by sampling (or recycling) pre-existing sounds and music.
By creating new music through recycling and reinventing, SonicRecycler2 draws attention to local and world wide issues caused by excessive consumption and the throw-away mind set of the society that we live in.
