all the things between gives visual form to questions about the way we read and experience the photographic image once it is divested of the narrative structures that normally frame it. A touring exhibition of eight artists from Europe and North America for whom lens media is central to their practice, the show critiques the way photography and film function as all-encompassing mediators of reality, deciphering photographic narratives that overlay culture and location and underscoring how photography’s claim to authenticity is mediated by the wider contexts in which it is practiced.
