Just to put you all in the picture, here are some dates/itineraries for
the upcoming AV festival. We are looking for someone to go up and review
this - so feel free to volunteer - and I was thinking of possibly
interviewing the dirctor Honor Harger over email too.

To help you with planning your journey through the festival, I attach a
VIP letter which contains 6 possible itineraries, which may be of
interest to you, including special VIP preview events and receptions
which may be of interest.
There are two itineraries for the beginning part of the festival (2 - 3
March, which I would strongly urge you to attend), one key itinerary for
the opening night of our exhibitions (7 March), and 3 itineraries for
the latter part of the festival (9 - 11 March).

However, these itineraries mostly cover previews and receptions. If you
get a deeper sense of what is happening in the programme, by checking
the Guide. If you need press passes for specific events, let me know,
and I will see what I can sort out for you :-)

Also, just a small note - accommodation in Newcastle for the opening
weekend (2 - 5 March) is booking out very quickly, so you may wish to
make travel arrangements soon, to join us for that weekend.
