A couple of weeks ago I wanted to try out your Omweb service, followed your procedures as described and got the following statement:
"The account specified is inactive.

Dear OmWeb site owner,

As you may have noticed, the OmWeb web services system has
been experiencing some problems of late - in the most serious
cases causing sites to display blank and be unavailable. This
occurred because the system has been subject to an
unprecedented quantity of spam postings, which use the
'comment' functionality of sites - specifically anonymous
comment - to target userbases. ..."
and so on...
I followed the advised procedure for that and nothing happened. On 2008-02-12 I activated your service ticket request system for feedback and have had nothing since.

What's happening?
