The first in-depth study of its kind, Films of Fact: A History of Science in Documentary Films and Television (Wallflower Press) explores the fascinating development of science on screen since 1903. Tim Boon, author of the volume and Chief Curator at the Science Museum, will be giving a short lecture on the subject at the London Review Bookshop as part of the London International Documentary Festival. He will be joined by Brian Winston, Professor of documentary at the University of Lincoln and general editor of Wallflower Press’ Nonfictions series.
