Demonstration against the Estates Plus programme to sell off land on council estates in Hackney.

Estates Plus transfers publically owned space into the hands of housing associations and (other) developers for a pittance so they can build more unaffordable private and housing association flats.

Join tenants and residents of Frampton Park Estate and supporters outside Hackney Town Hall (Mare Street E8). There will be a full council meeting at 7pm and this is our chance to show them what we think of their plan.

Residents will also present a deputation to councillors at the meeting to explain their opposition to Estates Plus.
